Shipments go out on DDP or DDU terms depending on destination. Cartons are checked against the approved sample, labelled to the buyer’s packing list and photographed before the truck loads.

Paperwork travels with the goods: packing list, material reports on request, and one contact who answers for the order from booking to arrival.

Each shipment is photographed before it leaves the plant, so buyer and factory are looking at the same cartons.
